Villa Sol Covid-19 Procedures

On arrival, hand sanitiser is offered to all guests & visitors entering the premises

Restricted physical interaction between staff, guests and suppliers – no handshakes and or body hugs

Where possible, staff will maintain a distance of 1.5m from guests and each other

Staff are encouraged to refrain from touching their face, mouth, nose, eyes, ears & hair

Staff wash & sanitise their hands continuously, minimum of every 30 minutes in line with WHO recommendations

Staff wipe and sanitise all serving counters, work stations, side tables, desks and bathroom counters during room servicing

Staff sanitise hands and any electronic devices, including card payment devices after each use

Any staff member showing symptoms as indicated by the WHO will not be permitted to work and must immediately self-quarantine

Villa Sol reserves the right to request that a guest, who is showing any symptoms, to vacate the premises and seek medical attention and or alternative suitable quarantined lodging
