Please make sure that you/your clients are aware of our Policies, Terms & Conditions prior to accepting accommodation at our establishment.
Apologies, our venue is not conducive to children unless the entire Villa is booked by one party or by consent of management.
No pets are allowed on the premises and will have to be removed.

By prior arrangement only – you are welcome to drop off your luggage at the premises while you go out and explore and return at check-in time.
In consideration to other guests, neighbours and staff please abide by the stipulated Check-in times. Should you anticipate a late Check-In please notify management at least one day prior to arrival so that arrangements can be made for access to the premises. Without such notification you may not be able to gain easy access to the premises and may be liable for a late check-in surcharge if staff need to work overtime to check you in.
Vehicles must be parked in the reserved parking bays only. Please do not park in the driveway or on the neighbours property. Please avoid causing obstruction to other guests, entrance doors and garage doors. No oil leaking vehicles may be parked on the premises and or on brick paving. A maximum of one vehicle per room is allowed on the premises. Prior written approval is required for additional vehicles, trailers or sporting equipment.
Late check out by prior arrangement with management ONLY.
Peak Season – Minimum 2 nights
Easter & long weekends 3 nights – unless we have 1 night gaps.
DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION AND NON ARRIVAL POLICY
We have a strict Cancellation and Non Arrival Policy – Please read it before confirming your booking.
DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM BOOKING
50% deposit is required to secure bookings – balance payable on or before arrival.
We require the deposit/full payment to be paid via EFT (banking details on request) or you need to furnish us with full credit card details to process payment and confirm your booking.
(Credit Card Number, expiry date and last three digits on the back of the card)
Rates are quoted in RAND(ZAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT
Rates are subject to confirmation and availability and may change without prior notice. Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in.
For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: Payments will be refunded via credit card, less any bank service fees applicable.
For cancellations within 30 days of arrival: a 100% booking cancellation fee applies
For non-arrival/no show/premature departures = a 100% booking fee penalty applies
No payments to third parties for any other services on your behalf.
Monies deposited into our account incorrectly will not be refunded until cleared with our bank.
Verbal and email bookings are binding as a confirmation of the booking.
PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the My Soul Nature PTY Ltd. bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Card transactions will be acquired for My Soul Nature PTY Ltd. via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by My Soul Nature PTY Ltd. separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
My Soul Nature PTY Ltd. takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
My Soul Nature PTY Ltd. shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Guests agree on behalf of themselves and the members of their parties that neither the establishment, its owners, employees nor agents shall be responsible for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property upon these premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any other cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the guesthouse.
Any damage caused by guests to property and premises due to bad behaviour or carelessness, or keys lost and replaced for security reasons will be for the guests account.
Please consider the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbours. No loud music, parties, excessive alcohol intake or substance abuse will be tolerated.
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and My Soul Nature PTY Ltd. chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 437 Southside Street Wilderness Western Cape 6560.
My Soul Nature PTY Ltd. may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
